What are Arnis and Kali?

Arnis and Kali are weapons based martial arts from Philippines and fall under Filipino Martial Arts (FMA). FMA are known for their use of sticks, blades and knifes but also cover empty hands technique, joint locks and control which make an effective martial arts for self-defence.
